LOYAL Rescue is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization. We do not receive government financial support; our funds come solely from public donations and adoption fees.
To donate items such as food, bedding, toys or other dog-related items, please send an e-mail to info@loyalrescue.com and you will be put in touch with a volunteer in your area.
To donate your time in screening potential adopters - either through phone interviews or home visits - please send an e-mail to volunteers@loyalrescue.com.
To donate money to dogs in our foster program, you have the following options:
Donate online (one-time donation):
To donate online and receive an instant tax receipt, please visit the Helping Homeless Pets donation page through CanadaHelps - http://www.canadahelps.org/CharityProfilePage.aspx?CharityID=s98871.
Click DONATE NOW.
Enter your donation amount and choose whether you want to make a one-time donation, or repeating donation (deducted monthly from your credit card).
IMPORTANT: Under Fund/Designation, please choose LOYAL Rescue from the drop-down menu. This is the most important step because if you do not choose LOYAL from the list, the funds will go to HHP only and will not be directed to our organization.
If you would like to dedicate your donation to someone (human or otherwise), please enter the details in the Dedication and Gift Options section.
Click CONTINUE.
If your donation is correct, click COMPLETE MY DONATION(S).
If you have a CanadaHelps account you can sign in now and complete your payment. Otherwise, click DONATE WITH PAYPAL to donate securely on your credit card.
You will now be redirected to the PayPal website.
If you have a PayPal account, sign in now. If not, enter your credit card details on this page and click REVIEW AND CONTINUE.
You will have a chance to review your final donation before completion. Upon submitting your final donation, you will immediately receive an e-mail with your tax receipt from Helping Homeless Pets.
Donate online (monthly / ongoing donation):
To set up a monthly online donation to LOYAL Rescue through CanadaHelps, please contact our Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for step-by-step, simple instructions.
Donate via cheque (or money order):
To donate via cheque, please send a cheque payable to Helping Homeless Pets to the following address, and, most importantly, be sure to put LOYAL Rescue donation in the memo line so that the funds can be redirected from HHP to our account.
