Woofstock - Familiar Faces!

Thank to everyone that came out to Woofstock on the June 12-13 weekend to support us. We met a lot of new friends, and saw many familiar faces. A special thanks to Lisa, Donna, John and Sue, who came out to help at our booth, and to their fosters - Harley, Moses, Jackson, and Whiskey - whose smiling faces drew in oodles of people.

Here are two familiar faces. Both dogs are previous LOYAL Rescue dogs who have gone on to find loving, forever homes. It was great to see them both stop by the booth to say thanks in person!



Here Vi (previously Vivian), Whiskey and Baby Boy are showing us their best manners and powers of persuasion as they try out some of Woofstock's free treat samplers. Mmm...dehydrated chicken!


And here is Moses strutting his stuff in the fashion show. Moses was telling people that he broke a toe saving a baby from a burning building, but (shh!), he probably broke it jumping off the couch. Still, he got lots of attention, oohs and ahhs throughout the day, which he seemed to enjoy.


As you can see, some of our volunteers worked a little harder than others, who were happy to be carried and cuddled all day long. Here is my sister with a LOYAL adoptee, Sophie, as well as one of our foster furries helpers, Harley.
