Wondering what dogs are new to rescue and who has recently found their forever home? This weekly update is your key to keeping track of LOYAL's adoptable dogs!
NEW ARRIVALS
Meet Gillian! Gillian is a sweet 4-year-old Pomeranian who was rescued from a puppy mill in Ohio a few months ago. Gillian has had a very rough start to her life, and she has spent this time in her foster home learning to love and trust again. She loves to be held and cuddled, and is quite sweet and loving once she gets to know you. She is still fearful and shy of strangers, but is coming around. A quiet, calm home would be preferred as she can be skittish and nervous of new surroundings. Gillian loves the company of other dogs and does well with cats. If you think you can provide a patient, loving, happy home to Gillian, submit an application through our website. Gillian is being fostered in Milton, ON, and her adoption fee is $375.
Meet Rosalyn! Rosalyn is an adorable 1-year-old Terrier mix who recently arrived from Burlington Animal Control. See, Animal Control does not have an adoption center, so unless Rosalyn's family came to claim her, she would need to find rescue or risk being euthanized. Luckily, LOYAL Rescue stepped in and now Rosalyn is in a loving foster home in Niagara Falls, ON. Our best guess is that Rosalyn is a Terrier mix of some sorts; she is not hypoallergenic and does shed. She is good with other dogs and with cats, though her foster home is unsure at this time if she is good with children. She is brand new to rescue, so her bio will be updated as she settles in. Her adoption fee will be $425.
