The following dogs have arrived into rescue in the last 2 weeks, and are now available on our website:
We have puppies!
Corky is a Yorkie-Cairn mix who was rescued from a puppy mill in June. She was very pregnant upon arrival, and gave birth to 5 healthy, adorable pups on June 21, 2011 - the first official day of summer! The father of the puppies is unknown, so the most we know regarding breed is Yorkie-Cairn-Terrier mixes (we have no way of knowing how big they will be when full grown, but Mom is approximately 15 lbs. and sweet as pie). Corky's 5 babies are listed below, and they will be available for adoption in mid-late August. Don't delay - submit an application now before they're all spoken for! The puppies are being fostered in Brampton.
Corky's Elaine - female, currently 5 weeks, good with other dogs, cats and children who are respectful of her young age and small size.
Corky's George - male, currently 5 weeks, good with other dogs, cats and children who are respectful of his young age and small size.
Corky's Jerry - male, currently 5 weeks, good with other dogs, cats and children who are respectful of his young age and small size.
Corky's Kramer - male, currently 5 weeks, good with other dogs, cats and children who are respectful of his young age and small size.
Corky's Newman - male, currently 5 weeks, good with other dogs, cats and children who are respectful of his young age and small size.

Molly - 1-year-old, female Standard Poodle. A lovely, friendly girl who is good with other dogs, cats and children. Molly weighs approx. 45 lbs. and is currently being fostered in London, ON.
Numa - 3-year-old, female Lab-Terrier mix. Numa is a sweet, affectionate girl who is good with other dogs, cats and kids. She weighs approx. 38 lbs. and is being fostered in Peterborough.
Ollie - 5-year-old, male Schnauzer-Poodle mix. This sweet puppy mill survivor is good with other dogs and children, cats unknown as there are no cats in his foster home. He weighs approx. 12 lbs. and is being fostered in Walkerton.
PENDING
Adoptions are pending for Liam Redford, Nicky, Regis, Baby (Beagle), Arlow and Baby (senior Chihuahua). We are no longer accepting applications for these dogs. Thank you for your interest.
ADOPTED
