Foster update - October 18, 2010

Wondering what dogs are new to rescue and who has recently found their forever home? This weekly update is your key to keeping track of LOYAL's adoptable dogs!

NEW ARRIVALS

Rosie
Rosie is a lovely 2-year-old female Bassett Hound / Beagle mix who is arriving next weekend from her current home - a shelter in Kentucky! Rosie is a friendly girl that is good with other dogs and kids, and who, through no fault of her own, came to a spot in her life where she needs a new, forever home. To visit Rosie's blog (yep, she has her own blog!), please go to http://adopt-a-loyal-dog.blogspot.com/search/label/Rosie. Stay tuned for more info as Rosie arrives into rescue!

COURTESY CROSS-POST

Teddy
Teddy is a courtesy-cross for Southern Ontario Animal Rescue (SOAR) - a foster-based dog rescue not unlike LOYAL. Teddy is a senior American Eskimo who finds himself searching for a new forever home. Teddy has been with SOAR in foster care for 18 months now! Wow! Don't let Teddy's advanced age fool you - he's still full of pep and can play with the best of them! Teddy has some dominance issues that his foster home is currently working on, and an experienced dog-owner would be best. If you are looking for a happy dog to cuddle and share your days with, Teddy is your man! Contact SOAR at http://www.soar.designimpact.ca/ for more info.
